Over the past several years that I have know Elcin, I have also been lucky enough to be the guest at many of her events and dinner parties.  Elcin is a person who has a knack for entertaining and for creating memorable occasions with ease and grace. She is the consummate hostess and searches out the freshest ingredients for all of her recipes.  Her particular knowledge of health also makes her so unique as she is able to create things that are not only delicious but that are truly enriching.

Elcin has an incredible zest for life, which somehow translates into everything she creates.  For those fortunate to have her prepare for them, she puts all of her passion into everything she makes.
